2. Applications from interested firms should be complete in all respects and supported with following documents / information: -

    i. Name of firm; its status, address, telephone number (s), fax number.

    ii. Experience of similar work of over last five years.

    iii. List of key personnel including managers, engineers and other staff.

    iv. Financial Soundness Certificate, bank statement for at least 12 months.

    v. Affidavit to the effect that the firm is not blacklisted and is not in litigation with   
        any organization / department, private or public.

    vi. Any other relevant information, which the firm intends to submit.

3. Bidding Documents / RFP and other related information can be obtained
from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00
Noon and can also be down loaded from the website of PPRA & TDAP.

4. The firms will submit their sealed Technical and Financial proposal in
separate envelopes clearly marked as "Financial Proposal" & "Technical Proposal" in
bold and legible letters to avoid any confusion.

5. Sealed tender documents will be submitted till 11:00 am on 20th September
2008 in the office of the undersigned and will be opened on the same day at 11:30
a.m in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Financial Proposals of
only those firms will be opened, who will technically qualify.

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) is organizing a “Made in Pakistan” exhibition from 20th to 23rd February, 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The objective of the exhibition is to create awareness about Pakistan’s export products and industrial potential. An Event Management Company is proposed to be appointed to organize the event. 

Proposals are invited from reputable event management companies for organizing the exhibition. 

Interested event management companies are required to furnish detailed technical and financial proposals to the Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi, India, latest by 5th September, 2008. Detailed Terms of Reference along with scope of work can be downloaded from TDAP’s website www.tdap.gov.pk or obtained from Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi.
